Renowned Italian footwear and accessories brand Marsèll has unveiled its inaugural store in Milan, marking a significant milestone for the label. The expansive flagship, spanning 4,300 square feet, is strategically located at Via della Spiga 42 in Milan’s Quadrilatero della Moda fashion district, making a striking debut during Milan Fashion Week Men’s.
The flagship store showcases the brand’s complete range of shoes and accessories, providing visitors with an immersive experience. The street-level section houses both men’s and women’s collections, complemented by an additional gallery space for the presentation of collaborations and site-specific art projects. Meanwhile, the basement level serves a dual purpose as a forum, displaying the Marsèll Gomme family and hosting various events, including meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
Designed in collaboration with Berlin-based design studio Lotto Studio over eight months, the flagship reflects Marsèll’s commitment to creating an open, modern, comfortable, and dignified space for its patrons.
Creative Director and Founder of Marsèll, Marco Cima, expressed the significance of this moment, stating, “The space was conceived and developed by imagining the perfect Marsèll house, a place where everything that has always defined us merges into a perfect whole. This is an important moment. For the first time, we will enter into direct dialogue with the people who are interested in what we do.”
Established in 2001 near Venice, Marsèll has gained acclaim for its genderless, limited-edition leather products designed for everyday use. The Milan flagship represents a pivotal step for the brand, providing a unique platform to engage with its audience directly.
